We’re Alison & Harriette, a mother-daughter duo sharing story, nature and wonder with families and educators everywhere. Our shop is filled with creations made for little hands and big hearts, all printed in Australia on recycled paper using planet-friendly inks.

We hope you will join us in this unique community where very young children fall in love with reading and their natural environment and experience a full and productive childhood.  Baby Bear’s Chair is so much more than a chair. It is a place. It is the place at your table; the place around the fire; the place in your heart and within your family. It is the place where children and adults exercise their powers are place-makers; problem solvers and cooperative human beings.
